* How to Return
1. Any item is eligible for returns and refund if items are confirmed damage or defective in the presence of the courier upon delivery are eligible for return/ refund.
2. Customer have to return the item within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
3. Customer to fill-up the return form which can accessed at the customer forms menu and print and email copy of the accomplished form and attached to the item to be returned.
4. Pack the item and attached the store address with return label (to be accessed at the customer forms).
5. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* how to receive the refund or credit replacement
Once we receive the order, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, The business shall refund the full amount of the insured items but excluding shipping and insurance costs which will be deducted from your refund.
JeRS does not issue cash reimbursement or compensation for items returned. The refund shall be credited to the customer’s account and shall be redeemed only by the same account or card holder during next purchases
